TEKA mobile extraction systems capture welding fumes, grinding dust, soldering fumes and laser fumes directly at the source. The units stand on castors and are suitable for workshops, assembly and production, wherever workstations change.

Which mobile extraction system suits your application?
The decisive factors are the process, the amount of fumes or dust and how long work continues without a break. The following overview helps you choose.
Mobile welding fume extraction
For welding there are three designs, which differ mainly in how the filter is cleaned:
- Mechanical: filtoo and CareMaster IFA. The filters are replaced, ideal for single workstations and as an entry-level solution.
- Cartridge cleaned by hand: StrongMaster IFA. For higher dust loads with low follow-up costs.
- Automatic cleaning: CartMaster IFA. For long-lasting work with heavy fume generation.

Mobile dust extraction for grinding
Grinding, drilling and cutting mainly produce dust. The filtoo is suitable for single workstations, the StrongMaster IFA with cleanable cartridge for higher dust loads. For combustible dusts, we advise you on the right version.
High vacuum for changing locations: High-vacuum units are available for precise capture via extraction nozzles or welding guns with integrated extraction.
- HandyCart: portable, for frequently changing locations such as construction sites, shipbuilding, small-part welding stations and vehicle workshops.
- dustoo: portable or mobile, with integrated spark protection and automatic cleaning when connected to compressed air.
Mobile extraction for laser and soldering
Laser processing and soldering produce fine particles as well as gases and odours. The units for this field therefore work with HEPA filters and activated carbon.
- AirFilter Mini: compact, for low fume generation and quiet workplaces.
- LMD series: for marking and engraving lasers and several soldering stations, with connection to the laser system.
- CleanMaster series: for high air demand, several manual soldering stations and soldering systems.
- LFE series: for laser applications with increased dust generation, with cleanable filter cartridges.
- SPA 501: for laser systems in stamp manufacturing.
- FilterCase Basic: for laser and soldering emissions with very little fume.

Mobile or stationary?
A mobile extraction system makes sense when workstations change, for assembly work or when only individual stations need extraction. For fixed workstations and extraction of several stations via pipework, stationary extraction and filter systems are the right choice.
Capturing fumes and dust at the source
The closer the capture is to the source, the less fume and dust reaches the breathing air. Many mobile systems therefore have a spring-assisted extraction arm that stays in any position. Alternatively, there are versions with a flexible extraction hose and magnetic base. A throttle valve in the hood regulates the air volume.
Filter technology at a glance
- Pre-separation: a baffle plate or pre-filter retains coarse particles and protects the main filter.
- Main filter: filter cartridges or HEPA filters separate the fine fumes and dust.
- Activated carbon: absorbs gases and odours, especially in laser processing and soldering.
- Filter monitoring: shows when a change or cleaning is due.
