The TEKA LMD 501 is a mobile filter unit for extracting fumes and fine dust. It is designed for almost all marking and engraving lasers, is suitable for several soldering workstations in electronics manufacturing and for continuous operation. The LMD 501 works with two turbines and has the highest suction power in the LMD series.

Your benefits
- For laser fumes and odours: The activated carbon stage has a very large filter surface and absorbs gases and odours produced during laser processing.
- Tight filter seating: A built-in filter lifting device ensures that the filters are seated tightly. The pre-filter retains coarser particles before the HEPA H13 filter cleans the air.
- Connection to the laser system: Via the SUB-D9 interface, the unit signals "filter full" and alarms. It can be started and stopped externally, and the suction power can also be controlled from outside.
- Demand-based: The infinitely variable speed control lets you adapt the suction power to the application. Both continuous-duty turbines are maintenance-free.
- Filter monitoring: The automatic filter monitoring shows when a change is due.

Laser marking and laser engraving, soldering fume extraction at several soldering workstations, laboratories.
Combinations and options
The LMD 501 can be combined with capture devices such as Optiflex extraction arms, Alsident® extraction arms available from TEKA and extraction cabinets, as well as with a particle pre-separator. An exhaust air spigot is available as an option. The unit is supplied ready to plug in.
