Shipping and delivery 

Within Germany we deliver the ordered products free of charge.  

For most other countries in the European Union, we work with flat-rate freight charges for filter systems. Depending on the country and the type of filter system, the flat rates are between €150.00 and €400.00. The dispatch of spare parts is free of charge.  If it is not possible to place your order directly in the WebShop, this may be due to the geographical location. In this case, your order request will be forwarded to our sales staff, who will then offer you the desired goods including any shipping costs.
