The TEKA CartMaster IFA is a mobile welding fume extractor with automatic filter cleaning. It is suitable for long-lasting welding work with heavy fume generation on unalloyed and alloyed steels, galvanised material and aluminium. This version has an extraction arm with three external joints.

Your benefits
- Consistent extraction performance: The power spray system cleans the filter cartridge whenever necessary. When the fan is switched off, a post-cleaning cycle follows.
- Low maintenance: The cleaning system works without wear-prone rotating nozzles and uses low cleaning pressure and little compressed air.
- Low follow-up costs: The filter cartridge is cleanable and coated with a filter aid that extends its service life. A baffle plate pre-separates coarse particles.
- High air volume: The centrifugal fan delivers a high air volume even with loaded filter cartridges.
- Easy maintenance: Maintenance doors give access to all operating areas. The cleaned-off particles fall into a dust collection drawer and can be disposed of from there.
- Easy to position: The spring-assisted joints make the extraction arm easy to move, and it stays self-supporting in any set position. The throttle valve in the hood lets you adjust the air volume.
