The TEKA CareMaster Wand is a wall-mounted welding fume extraction unit for up to two welding workstations where unalloyed steels are processed. Two extraction arms with external joints capture the fumes at both workstations, and a shared filter unit cleans them. The external joints keep the air path inside the hose clear.

- Tightly sealed filters: A sealing lift device presses the main filter firmly into place, so no air bypasses the filter.
- Constant extraction performance: The powerful fan keeps the airflow high even as the filters fill up. This extends filter service life.
- Change when needed: The filter monitoring shows when a filter change is due, and an operating hours counter is standard.
- Clear air path: The joints of the extraction arms are on the outside, keeping the air path inside the hose clear. This reduces air resistance.
- Robust design: The sheet steel housing is fully powder-coated and built for tough workshop conditions.
Applications
Welding workstations with unalloyed steels in workshops, metalworking shops and production, also for fumes from thermal cutting of metals. For high-alloy steels, we recommend systems with IFA W3 certification, such as the CartMaster IFA Wand.
Standard equipment
Large-area pre-filter, main filter, sealing lift device, filter monitoring, operating hours counter, external control with connection cable and wall bracket. Two extraction arms NW 150 with external joints and plastic extraction hood with damper. Longer arms come with an additional wall boom.
Options
Start-stop automatic, switching on and off via the extraction hood, lighting kit, aluminium mesh pre-filter, activated carbon filter insert, exhaust air connection and spark guard for the extraction hood.
