FilterCube 4N, 4.0 kW, 40 m²
The TEKA FilterCube 4N is a central filter unit for welding fume extraction at several workstations at the same time. It is IFA-tested to DIN EN ISO 21904-1/-2 and meets welding fume separation class W3. Four filter cartridges give it capacity for several welding stations on a shared ductwork.

Your benefits
- For high-alloy steels: The W3 certification covers fumes from welding-related cutting and joining processes on unalloyed and high-alloy chrome-nickel steels.
- Cleaning as needed: The cartridges are cleaned with compressed air depending on the degree of soiling, without wear-prone rotating nozzles and with low cleaning pressure.
- Long service life: The filter cartridges are factory-coated with a filter aid. A large-area perforated plate acts as a pre-separator and distributes the particles over the entire filter surface.
- Heavy particles straight into the container: Because the cartridges are suspended and the air flows against them from the side, heavy particles drop directly into the dust collection container.
- Easy to maintain: Maintenance doors give access to all operating areas, the cartridges are fixed with clamping brackets and the dust collection container has quick-release fasteners.
Applications
Several manual welding stations, welding robots, flame cutting and grinding tables and extraction tables in metalworking, on unalloyed and high-alloy steels. The unit is designed for dry, oil-free and grease-free fumes and dusts; for grinding, only for non-explosive materials.
Standard equipment
Display control with fully automatic cleaning, four filter cartridges, integrated compressed air tank, dust collection container with quick-release fasteners and PE bag, direct-drive fan with fan control, bend silencer for upward air discharge and maintenance doors. The unit is delivered ready for operation; the electrical and compressed air connections are made on site by a qualified technician.
Options with IFA certificate
Safety device with particle sensor, extinguishing device and door with viewing window, dosing unit for filter aid, spark pre-separator, Easy-Clean-Plus filter cartridges and sound insulation housing for the fan.
Further accessories
HEPA or activated carbon retrofit kit as final stage, frequency converter with pressure transmitter and intelligent filter control, and master-slave control.
