SPA 501 for laser applications
Mobile filter unit SPA 501 for laser applications.
The SPA 501 is developed for use with laser devices (especially during the manufacturing of rubber stamps).
The housing is made of stable steel-sheet and is powder coated on the inside and even on the outside.
The SPA 501 is equipped with a new HEPA-STORAGE-FILTER with a long life time and a high separating degree.
The first filter step is the large Hepa-Storage-Filter. The Hepa-Storage-Filter separates the fumes and dust. The air is lead through the high efficiency Hepa-Storage-Filter where fumes and dust are separated. Then the air is lead through the activated carbon filter and adsorb the gases and smells.
The filter unit is equipped with two high-vacuum turbines with a continuous running rotor. You can regulate the suction power with an infinitely adjustable speed-regulator. An automatic control shows when a filter change is necessary.
The front doors enable the filter to be taken out easily and there is also easy access to the controls and the turbines. The air is led back to the working area by means of a 2-level filter system.
Of course the equipment is delivered ready to plug-in and is also equipped with a 5,0 m long cable.
