All-rounder in air pollution control on the Swiss trade fair stage

For the first time since its premiere in 2019, the trade fair for metal and steel processing in Switzerland, BLE.CH 2022, will open its doors again. From 20 to 22 September, TEKA will once again be presenting itself in Bern together with its main Swiss trade partners LWB WeldTech and KSR Soudage as well as the expert for versatile cutting solutions MicroStep.  At the joint stand E40 in Hall 3.0, visitors will get an overview of the latest welding and cutting technology in combination with the associated innovative extraction technology.

Here, the German brand supplier TEKA will be showing bestsellers from its wide product range of mobile and stationary extraction and filter systems.

"We score in the market as an all-rounder for innovative special solutions with a high service and quality philosophy. Our diversely configurable systems give us the scope to do this," explains TEKA Managing Director Simon Telöken. As an example of this, the FilterCube extraction and filtration system will be on show at BLE.CH, which can be assembled as a modular system according to individual customer requirements. It will be in action during live demonstrations of the 3D plasma cutting system of the MasterCut Compact series. Used as a decentralised solution, the FilterCube can also extract emissions simultaneously at many individual workstations during welding, grinding or laser cutting and, as an air-conditioning solution, even clean polluted process air from entire hall sections. Talking to the trade fair team on site reveals a wide range of possible applications.

High-end systems for long-lasting fume extraction
TEKA also presents itself as strong when it comes to mobile extraction and filter systems for individual workplaces. With its CartMaster and StrongMaster high-end cartridge filter systems for long-lasting smoke extraction and the all-rounder filltoo, which is also available as a version with a space-saving mobile workbench, TEKA offers an effective and sustainable extraction solution for almost every application.

Room air monitoring with the AirTracker
In its third product generation, the AirTracker room air monitoring system is equipped with new software and is thus Industry 4.0-optimised. TEKA gives its customers the choice of whether the new AirTracker in the basic version monitors the indoor air quality in terms of fine dust pollution, temperature and humidity or, in addition, as the new Airtracker Pro version, enters into dialogue with production, filter and extraction systems in order to control them as required.

We look forward to seeing you - at BLE.CH Stand E40 in Hall 3.0!
