Where can I find the serial number?

The serial number of your unit is located on the nameplate on the back side. In addition, there is a QR code sticker on the front side of your unit, giving you direct access to the relevant service information.

Tip: You can use the QR code to quickly and easily send a request for replacement filters or service. It also provides access to other useful features such as warranty extension, support contact, and operating instructions.
