The TEKA stand was a hive of activity at the BIT2 career information day.

What apprenticeships are there at TEKA? How does training work at your company? What does your company produce? Linus and the other trainees at the TEKA stand at the BIT 2 career information day were bombarded with lots of questions. 

The pupils who had come to the Berufskolleg Borken on this day visibly enjoyed finally going on a live career discovery tour again and exchanging ideas with their peers. "During the talks, I always thought of myself when I was looking for a job," said Marlon, still remembering his own job search not long ago. For more in-depth questions about the company, training coordinator Gundel Schmidt was always close at hand. They learned, for example, that TEKA offers a whole range of apprenticeships such as electronics technician for industrial engineering, construction mechanic or technical product designer, that the apprentices go through all departments and that teamwork is very important in the company.

The day was also an enjoyable and educational experience for TEKA trainees like Yannick: "It was an exciting experience to represent our company and explain working life to prospective trainees."
