The TEKA CartMaster IFA Wand is a wall-mounted cartridge filter unit for up to two welding workstations and for long-lasting welding with heavy fume generation. With all TEKA extraction arms and extraction cranes, it is IFA-tested to DIN EN ISO 21904-1/-2 and meets welding fume separation class W3. This version has two NW 150 intake sockets for two extraction arms.

- For high-alloy steels: The W3 certification covers fumes from welding-related cutting and joining processes on unalloyed and high-alloy chrome-nickel steels.
- Low maintenance: Cleaning is triggered by the degree of soiling, works with low cleaning pressure and without wear-prone rotating nozzles. After the fan is switched off, the control system cleans the cartridges once more.
- Long service life: The two dust class M filter cartridges are coated with a filter aid, so dust settles on the surface and is easy to clean off.
- Easy disposal: The cleaned-off particles drop into a dust collection container with quick-release fasteners.
- Protected operation: The control system detects an incorrect rotating field and switches the unit off for protection. A silencer on the fan reduces operating noise.
Applications
Welding workstations with heavy fume generation and long welding times, on unalloyed and high-alloy steels. The unit filters welding fumes and dry, non-explosive dusts.
Standard equipment
Two filter cartridges, power spray system with compressed air tank, automatic filter monitoring, operating hours counter, dust collection container with PE bag, silencer and wall console. A compressed air connection is required for cleaning. Extraction arms or extraction cranes are selected separately.
Options with IFA certificate
Start-stop automatic, lighting kit, switching on and off via the extraction hood and spark guard for the extraction hood.
