Description: The "master-slave" control system is typically used for TEKA extraction systems in conjunction with welding equipment. The control system is used to control (open/close) a control damper in the suction pipe, in order to optimise the suction power of the extraction system (when using multiple branch pipes). The control automatically switches the connected control damper as soon as the connected device is switched on (welding machine, angle grinder, etc.). In addition, the control unit has a potential-free normally open contact for operating signals or switching loads up to a current of 6 A. The operating mode of the control unit can be selected using the built-in function switch (automatic/off/manual). In automatic mode, the control damper is controlled via the current detection of the socket. In the "Off" position, the control damper is not in operation. The socket can only be used as a pure power supply. The "Manual" switch position opens the control damper permanently. The run-on time and the switch-on threshold for the current are preset, but can be changed subsequently on the current measuring relay.Properties
