The basis for permanently safe operation, stable extraction performance, and maintaining warranty coverage (as well as any required certifications such as W3) is regular, professional maintenance. By signing a TEKA maintenance contract, you ensure that all required service work is carried out in compliance with standards and with complete, traceable documentation.

Where can I find the serial number?

The serial number of your system is located on the type plate on the rear side. In addition, a QR code sticker is attached to the front side of your system, which allows you to access the relevant service information directly.
