The TEKA CareMaster IFA is a mechanical mobile welding fume extractor. It filters fumes and dust produced during thermal joining and cutting of metals, for example when welding unalloyed steels and stainless steel. This version has an extraction arm with internal joints.

- Thorough filtration: The baffle plate and large-area pre-filter separate coarse particles, and the main filter then separates fine fumes and dust.
- Tight filter seating: A built-in seal seating lifting device ensures that the filters are seated tightly.
- Consistent performance: The fan with high negative pressure delivers a high air volume even when the filters are loaded. This allows good filter service life.
- No disturbing draught: The cleaned air exits upwards through an outlet grille at the rear. Even a short distance away, no disturbing air flow is noticeable.
- Easy to position: Thanks to the spring support inside the extraction arm, it can be moved into any position. The extraction hood with integrated throttle valve swivels freely in any direction and is self-supporting.
- Everything in view: An operating hours counter and an operating indicator light are standard.

Activated carbon filter insert, automatic start/stop, lighting kit, on/off switch via the extraction hood, aluminium mesh pre-filter and spark protection grid for the extraction hood.
