Filtering unit as freestanding device, type Filtercase SL for extraction and filtration of laser welding smoke. The unit is equipped with an on/off switch.The housing is made of a stable steel sheet and is coated inside and also outside in RAL 9010.
A pre-filter of the filter class G4 separates the gross particles. After that the air is guided through a submicron particle filter, where last fine smokes and dust is separated.
After the filtration, the cleaned air can be let back into the working room. The suction device is equipped with a powerful high pressure turbine. The filtering device has an infinitely variable speed control for the adjusting of the suction performance.
An automatic filter control indicates, when a filter change is necessary. The filters can be replaced easily if you unfasten the top cover.
